On average, we rescue between 150 to 300 pugs each year. We find more and more that pugs are being surrendered to us from difficult circumstances, often in very poor states of health. We’re committed to giving every pug the best chance of a happy future and as a result of this, our vet bills run into hundreds of thousands of pounds annually.
As well as new pugs arriving into our care almost daily, we also commit to supporting pre-existing health conditions for pugs that move on to their new forever homes. We’re solely funded on donations and couldn’t do any of this vital work without the incredibly generous help of our wonderful supporters.
Below is a small selection of the thousands of pugs we’ve resued over the years, all of which have gone on to live happy and fulfilling lives thanks to your generous support…
